The Empty Bed Award: This award honors of our part-time and paid-on-call staff who volunteer for many transfers. Since many of our transfers are at night, this often results in an empty bed, hence the name.

EMS Widow of the Year: This is bestowed on the person who most often ended up sleeping alone during the last year due to their spouse answering the call of duty. Often, this is the spouse of the Empty Bed award recipient.

Radio Shackle Award: This was bestowed to the person who worked the highest average number of shifts in the last year.

Alternative Fuels Award: Awarded for accidentally putting the wrong type of fuel in a vehicle (ie: unleaded in a diesel engine).

Honorary Station 3: For graciously housing A2 in their facility, often for longer periods of time than it typically remained in the station.

Keeping Cut Bank Safe Award: For frequent slow spells and enduring the frustration of not turning a wheel for shifts on end while the other shifts run constantly all day long. May his slow spell be broken and he break the city limits and get to go on a transfer.
