EMS Provider of the Year
Each year at the annual department awards banquet, an EMS Provider of the Year is named. All members of the department submit a vote of their nomination for the award. The award is open to all members, ALS and BLS, and common factors that play a role are professionalism, teamwork, motivation, bedside manner, clinical skills and more. The chief is not eligible for this award and does not submit a vote. Some recipients of the award include:
