Command-1
Command-1 is the chief's personal vehicle. It is a 2001 Chevy Tahoe that features a remote radio head at the rear command station, LEDX lightbar and an incident command insert in the back of the vehicle. The vehicle is also equipped with a Garmin GPS navigation system, top-of-the-line communications equipment and carries a full array of ALS equipment, enabling it to act as an ALS QRV (quick-response-vehicle). The vehicle is four-wheel-drive, enabling it to tackle the weather and terrain that can make travel difficult in northern Montana.
